Assistant Produce Manager
Schedule:

Objective:
A profitable department.
Essential Function:
Expert knowledge of produce. Assist Produce Manager to achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Unloading, transporting, cutting open cases of produce. Stocking and rotating produce in a timely, appropriate manner. Efficient handling of merchandise to meet the demands of the customers. Must be a minimum of 19 years of age. Requires standing, bending and heavy lifting.
   


Assistant Store Director
Schedule:

Objective:
Meet and exceed budgeted sales and profit goals while maintaining optimum overall daily store conditions.
Essential Function:
Requires ability to effectively manage over 200 associates in their respective job duties. Requires experience in the grocery industry, merchandising, associate relations, report preparation, money handling, accounting, and effective administration. Must be able to achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, and labor percent. Bending, lifting, and standing required. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
   


Floral Manager Trainee

Ordering and pricing of floral product. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Proper placement on shelves. Requires bending, lifting, and long periods of standing. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
   


General Merchandise Manager Trainee

Objective:

Essential Function:
Knowledge of general merchandise items. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Ordering, unloading, transporting, cutting open cases of merchandise. Proper placement on shelves. Requires standing, lifting, and bending. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
   


Loss Prevention Officer
Schedule:
PT/FT - variable schedule
Objective:
To protect Company assets and profits by preventing, detecting, reporting, and resolving issues related to loss prevention, security and inventory shortage.
Essential Function:
Protection of store assets. Surveillance of customers and associates to detect theft and other forms of loss. Apprehension of shoplifters. Assuring safety of customers and associates by identifying, reporting and helping correct safety hazards. Inspection of stores to identify deficiencies which cause shortage and loss. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Long periods of standing and walking with some sitting; ability to move about all areas of the store quickly and without attracting attention; and climbing ladders and maneuvering in and out of confined areas.
