Demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and product quality, the team earned 10 class awards along with the competition’s highest distinction — Best of Show.

Among the top honors:

• Grand Champion: Slab Bacon, Andouille Sausage, Ring Bologna, and Liver Sausage (Jaternice)
• Reserve Grand Champion: Boneless Ham
• Champion: Fermented Summer Sausage and Smoked Turkey
• Reserve Champion: Summer Sausage, Bratwurst, and Meat Specialty (Pastrami Sandwich)

These awards highlight the Smokehouse team’s dedication to quality, innovation, and tradition in meat processing. Their success reflects a continued commitment to delivering premium products to customers across the community.
